Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for Workday integration solutions.
- Collaborate with HR Finance and IT stakeholders to define integration needs and data flows.
- Design and support Workday integrations using tools such as Studio EIB PECI WECI and RaaS.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Analyze existing integration frameworks and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance across all Workday integrations.
- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including design build testing deployment and support.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes upgrades and new integration requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support UAT documentation and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integrations including at least 2 full-cycle deployments.
- Proven expertise in Workday Integration tools: Studio EIB PECI WECI and RaaS.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns data flows APIs and downstream system dependencies.
- Excellent analytical stakeholder management and communication skills.
