Job Summary

Job Scope:

Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations

Coordinate with airlines agents transporters and customs

Prepare documents such as AWB export/import permits declaration

Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery

Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status

Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements

Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years experiences in airfreight operations (export/import)

Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures

Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems

Team player responsible and detail-oriented

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Sat 9am to 1pm (alternate Saturday off after confirmation)
