On behalf of our client we are looking for Service Operations Team Lead (Manager) who is in Building Equipment (OEM) space.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing after-sales support.
- Coordinate a group of supervisors/engineers and technicians to achieve the requirements involved in preventive & corrective maintenance meeting contractual requirements.
- Be involved in guidance as well as monitoring auditing and evaluating field sites as well as field staff in aspects of quality efficiency etc.
- Evaluate ensure and monitor the safety of all field staff and fieldwork.
- Achieve the targets required such as sales costs equipment performance customer satisfaction KPI inclusive of necessary administrative duties etc.
- To regularly meet the customers and clarify to achieve requirements according to contractual requirements.
- Responsible for various inquiries from customers including but not limited to quotations site works new requirements monitoring of Purchase request/Quotation cycles and others.
- Performs specific or ad hoc functions as assigned by the Department and/or the company from time to time.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Customer and People Management working experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess a service-oriented mindset.

Required Skills:
3 years of proven success in a sales role within the Built Environment sector (e.g. construction facilities management real estate). Strong understanding of technology and its applications in the built environment.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or related field) preferred. Diploma holders with relevant work experience will be considered too.
