The Admin Supervisor oversees administrative and financial functions to ensure efficient daily operations. This role involves supervising teams coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and improving processes to support organizational goals.
Invoicing & Collections: Ensure accurate billing monitor receivables and address collection issues
Policy Implementation: Develop enforce and update company policies across departments
Financial Operations: Supervise financial requests and ensure efficient processing and coordination
HR Support: Oversee HR policies onboarding training and employee concerns
External Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors service providers and PMCs
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on recruitment financials and administrative performance; recommend improvements
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR Finance or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in admin policies invoicing and stakeholder management
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments
Proficient in administrative systems and software
