Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of SaaS Operations to lead real-time production operations in a high-availability environment. This is a hands-on engineering operations role not a product or customer service position.
You will act as the Incident Commander owning P0/P1 incidents end-to-endfrom detection to resolution and post-mortem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead night shift SaaS operations and ensure system uptime
Act as Incident Commander for critical (P0/P1) incidents
Monitor dashboards logs and alerts to identify issues
Diagnose application/system failures and drive resolution
Prepare post-mortems and shift handover reports
Manage Application Support and Data Annotation teams
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience leading (not just coordinating) P0/P1 incidents
Strong ability to analyze logs dashboards and system failures
Experience in 24/7 or shift-based operations
Strong decision-making in high-pressure environments
Willing to work night shift

Required Skills:
