Job Summary

People & Culture Coordinator

The impact you will have: As the People & Culture Coordinator you will manage a wide range of administrative HR tasks including managing the HR general mailbox tracking equipment returns answering any benefit related questions and preparing reports. Additionally you will be supporting the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with meeting notes and special projects as needed

What you will do:
  • Manage the HR general mailbox.
  • Answer employee benefit related questions and processing workflows through our benefit portal.
  • Take meeting notes for HR Advisors and/or HR Business Partners when needed.
  • Track out-of-country work requests and international sign-ins.
  • Pull and organize various reports from SAP SuccessFactors including birthdays anniversaries transfers new hires goals completion and vacation reports.
  • Create various employee letters including internal offer letters deployment letters sales leveling letters promotion letters and employee verification letters.
  • Assist the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with special projects as needed.
  • Initiate background checks and employment verifications.
  • Update employee information within SAP SuccessFactors including contingent and contract workers end dates and extensions.
  • Update and create SAP SuccessFactors job aids.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:
  • 1 year of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with Word and Excel.
  • Bring a positive exciting attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.


Required Skills:
