Job Summary

Position: Credit Admin Support (Up to 85K)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

Work setup: Onsite

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Credit Admin Support to join our Managed Services business. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to help deliver a smooth timely and compliant loan application experience. Prior experience in mortgage or credit processing is preferred but not required provided the candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and documenthandling skills.


In this role you will:

  • Accurately complete loan application forms in accordance with provided instructions and client requirements
  • Upload organize and maintain supporting loan documents within internal systems
  • Review applications to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance with process requirements
  • Coordinate with team members to support timely and efficient application processing
  • Follow company policies procedures and data confidentiality guidelines
  • Assist clients and internal stakeholders with applicationrelated queries as needed
  • Escalate issues or missing information promptly to ensure processing timelines are met


Requirements

Were Looking for Someone Who has:

  • 34 years of experience in mortgage or credit processing is preferred but not essential
  • Strong ability to complete loan applications and manage supporting documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of mortgage or credit rules and processes
  • Demonstrated leadership skills or experience such as mentoring or supporting team members

  • Wellorganized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
