Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to manage employee relations ensure labour law compliance and support a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies with HR.
  • Advise managers and staff on labour-related matters.
  • Handle grievances investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Represent the company in disciplinary CCMA Bargaining Council and Labour Court matters.
  • Manage union negotiations and collective bargaining processes.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years industrial relations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour laws.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
