What you will be doing:
- Design and implement secure scalable Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with organizational goals developing architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
- Lead the migration and deployment of M365 services ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Configure optimize and manage core M365 services including Teams SharePoint OneDrive Exchange Online and the Power Platform.
- Manage tenant configurations security policies and conditional access via Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Serve as the primary technical M365 SME guiding project teams stakeholders and IT staff.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure M365 solutions meet stringent security compliance and governance requirements and enforce related policies.
- Develop custom value-add solutions using Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI to address specific business challenges.
- Implement automation solutions like incident triage automated remediation runbooks and chatbot support flows.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and essential post-implementation support for M365 solutions.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation (runbooks knowledge base articles) and deliver technical training to IT staff and end-users.
What our client is looking for:
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g. Enterprise Administrator Expert Azure Security / Admin Endpoint Admin).
- 10 years experience in an IT background with a significant focus on M365 enterprise infrastructure cloud or software development.
- 4 - 6 years hands-on experience in M365 core services (Teams SharePoint Exchange Online Power Platform Entra ID).
- 2 years experience in designing solutions developing roadmaps and leading technical teams.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell or similar).
- Deep understanding of M365 security compliance and governance features.
- Experience configuring and supporting Apple macOS endpoints.
- Specific experience with mergers and acquisitions particularly tenant migrations.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry would be beneficial.
- Ability to support a multinational workforce across all time zones.
