Pricing Specialist (Temporary 1-year)

In this role

The Global Business Operations Pricing Team at IDEXX is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pricing for all lines of business in EMEA. This involves topics such as yearly list price review and updates discounts VAT-conditions shipping fees marketing programs and promotional efforts in the IDEXX product and services catalogue. You will be working directly with IDEXX Sales professionals the Marketing Department and Finance to ensure the smooth and compliant implementation of pricing.

Our products are in such high demand and the volume of pricing requests coming in so big that we require the successful candidate to excel in speed and accuracy. You are tech savvy have an eye for detail you can prioritize your workload and work well with a range of different stakeholders. The team plays a key role and is the gatekeeper to ensure compliance with the internal authorization pricing Matrix and SOX-controls.

What you need to succeed

To be successful in this role you must have relevant experience in administrative capacity. What makes you a high achiever is a continuous balance between speed and accuracy. You get on well with different systems (SAP Salesforce and Excel) and can handle a high workload. Working in a team doesnt present any problems for you.

• You have a bachelors degree or equivalent.

• You have 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience (within a Shared Service environment Data Entry or Pricing).

• You have experience with SAP Salesforce and Pricing

• You have experience with international companies.

• You have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).

• You enjoy working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment

• You are strong user of MS Office and especially Excel.

• You have the ability to work alone and in a team you are self-motivated solutions driven within a changing fast-paced environment.

• You have emotional intelligence humility willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.

• High ethical standards.
