Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end retail operations ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all outlets
- Drive sales performance profitability and operational efficiency across the retail network
- Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans and ensure effective implementation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance
- Oversee store operations including staffing inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Champion customer experience excellence ensuring alignment with brand positioning
- Build mentor and lead high-performing operations teams to support business growth
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business planning expansion strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
