Roles & Responsibilities
Plan & implement sales & marketing strategies to ensure a profitable business.
Proactively generate revenue by increasing the sales across various geographies.
Set targets monitor and review business performance regularly.
Collaborate with the regional & global companies to increase the visibility & market share.
Sales engagement with senior management across various functions.
Build business relationships with key stakeholders i.e. CXOs HR Heads Business Leaders to drive business.
Understand clients business needs & propose cost-effective solutions.
Leverage existing relations with clients to generate new business.
Assist in marketing activities to increase the visibility by participating in events seminars webinars etc. to increase the visibility within the targeted audience.
Ensure effective team communication & share progress reports & expected outcomes with the team.
Share the progress reports & expected outcomes with respective authorities.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
Any Graduation
1-4 years of experience in domestic B2B business development.
Proven track record of achieving goals.
Skilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building & the art of networking.
Possess strong presentation negotiation problem solving skills & adaptability.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficient in computers web search search engines Linkedin CRM software MS Office etc.
Possess good knowledge on industry and sector classification.
Demonstrates high level of integrity values principles & work ethics.
Possess high level of commitment & the ability to work autonomously.
Possess good data analytical skills problem solving skills & adaptability.
