Job Title: Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the HR Department providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders filtering and prioritising communications.
- Plan coordinate and facilitate executive meetings including agenda preparation minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics including flights accommodation and ground transportation.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for quick access to critical documents.
- Process and reconcile executive expense reports with strict adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives including research data compilation and report preparation.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Accompany the Managing Director on business trips as required to support operations and engagements.

Requirements:
- Any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- 13 years of relevant experience in an executive support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer applications MIS tools and dashboard reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Skilled in calendar management travel coordination and expense processing.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Result-driven with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
