Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate play-based learning activities that support cognitive emotional physical and social development.
- Maintain a safe hygienic and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity exploration and independence.
- Monitor and document each childs developmental progress using observation tools and progress tracking systems.
- Build strong trusting relationships with children and their families through consistent compassionate communication.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to plan curriculum organize events and ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Support children in developing essential life skills such as self-regulation sharing and problem-solving.
- Participate in regular training sessions staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to school policies child safety protocols and compliance standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field.
- 13 years of hands-on experience working with children in a preschool or early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and developmental milestones (06 years).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents.
- Creativity in lesson planning and ability to adapt activities to diverse learning needs.
- Patience empathy and a nurturing disposition toward young learners.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for documentation communication and classroom management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends or special events as required.
- Valid certification in First Aid and Child Safety (preferred).
