Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Education () with a specialization in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Preprimary Education Montessori or Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (25 years) in teaching children aged 36 in a formal or informal early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of child development milestones and developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a warm supportive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using basic educational technology and digital tools for teaching and documentation.
