GEC Digital Demand Generation
Execute GEC Digital outbound sequences for META accounts email follow-ups (via Brevo) LinkedIn messages WhatsApp and phone calls
Work from the ABM target account list built by the Research Analyst; follow approved message sequences built by GEC Digital Ops Executive
Log every interaction in Zoho CRM immediately call outcome response type next action
Escalate any positive response (interest in GEC Digital services) to GEC Digital Ops Executive within 1 hour
Data & CRM Hygiene
Update CRM after every call contact quality correct phone numbers language preference best time to call
Flag contacts with incorrect or outdated information to the Research Analyst for enrichment
Requirements
Must-Have
13 years of experience in outbound B2B calling telesales inside sales or BPO outreach
Excellent spoken and written English will be speaking to C-level executives in the UAE and wider Middle East
Confident and professional telephone manner comfortable calling senior executives and their EAs
Experience with VoIP calling platforms and WhatsApp Business for professional outreach
Resilient and persistent comfortable with the realities of outbound volume activity
Basic CRM data entry skills accuracy matters as much as volume
Strongly Preferred
Arabic language skills (spoken) a significant advantage for META CIO outreach
Experience in technology media or events industry outreach
Familiarity with META business culture when to call how to address seniority cultural communication norms
Experience working META business hours from India (8am2pm IST shift covering UAE morning
Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities: - Drive registrations for global B2B events and summits - Engage with CXOs IT leaders and decision-makers - Generate qualified leads and confirm meetings - Handle speaker nominations and panel confirmations - Maintain CRM records and campaign tracking - Support email campaigns and database management - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets Requirements: - 2 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience - Excellent English communication skills - Confidence in dealing with CXO-level stakeholders - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills - Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach - Knowledge of IT/Cybersecurity/B2B events is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing - Experience in international campaigns - Experience in event/conference industry
