Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of production lines solar module manufacturing machines and utility equipment by performing timely maintenance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (e.g. solar panel assembly lines laminators stringers etc.)
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors electrical panels etc.)
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain maintenance logs and reports in the system
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for efficient operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/ in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 25 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Required Skills:
Sales/ Marketing/ field Sales/ Dealer and Distributor handling
Required Education:
ITI / Graduation
