*Responsibilities:*
- Design and deliver structured age-appropriate vocal lessons aligned with curriculum goals and performance standards
- Teach foundational and advanced vocal techniques including breath control pitch accuracy diction and vocal range expansion
- Guide students in repertoire selection rehearsal preparation and stage performance for school concerts festivals and competitions
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth
- Collaborate with other music and arts faculty to integrate vocal training into broader music programs and interdisciplinary projects
- Maintain a positive inclusive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages participation and artistic confidence
- Organize and lead vocal workshops choirs or music ensembles as part of the schools extracurricular offerings
- Participate in school events parent-teacher meetings and professional development activities as required
Requirements
*Requirements:*
- Bachelors degree in Music Vocal Performance or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in vocal instruction music coaching or performance (1-3 years minimum)
- Strong command of vocal pedagogy and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Demonstrated performance experience in solo or ensemble settings (school community or professional)
- Proficiency in reading music and understanding basic music theory
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching mentoring and fostering student confidence through music
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented educational environment
- Willingness to travel for school events performances or external music festivals (if applicable)
