Job Description Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Connaught Place New Delhi

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong clients relationships and contributing to the companys sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and field marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations as required.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.

Prepare and share accurate sales reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

Negotiate with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Represent the organization professionally during client interactions and meetings.

Required Skill Set:

Strong communication interpersonal and networking skills.

Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet assigned sales targets.

Comfortable with field marketing and client visits.

Good coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate or Diploma holder.

Candidates with strong interest in sales marketing and client relationship management will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of IT products/services (software hardware networking cloud SaaS) Ability to understand client requirements and map suitable IT solutions Comfort explaining technical concepts in simple business terms Sales & Business Development Lead generation through calls emails LinkedIn and field visits Prospecting pitching and converting new clients Preparing proposals quotations and commercial discussions Negotiation and deal-closing skills Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets Client & Account Management Building and maintaining strong client relationships Understanding client pain points and offering value-driven solutions Handling client queries and post-sales coordination Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Confident presentation and product demo skills Professional email drafting and follow-ups
