Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Solar Projects
Location: Uttar Pradesh India
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in solar project sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar industry proven sales skills and the ability to generate and close business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar projects (residential commercial and industrial).
- Generate leads through field visits networking and market research.
- Conduct client meetings site visits and presentations to promote solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals quotations and project cost estimates.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Keep updated with market trends competitors and government policies related to solar energy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
- 23 years of relevant experience in solar project sales.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of solar systems EPC projects and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B solar sales.
- Understanding of government subsidies and solar policies.
- Strong network in the local market.
