Role Purpose
The Mechanical Development Engineer is responsible for designing developing and optimizing
electrical panel enclosures and sheet metal assemblies in alignment with customer specifications
industry standards and internal manufacturing capabilities. The role ensures technically sound cost-
effective and production ready designs that support operational efficiency and business growth.

Experience & Qualification
Must-Have
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
13 years experience in electrical panel enclosure or sheet metal design
Hands-on AUTOCAD modeling experience
Exposure to manufacturing environment
Good-to-Have
Experience in medium-scale panel manufacturing setup
Knowledge of thermal calculations for enclosures
Exposure to IP rating & structural load calculations
