Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher (Main) to join our early childhood education team in a nurturing and dynamic learning environment. This role is central to fostering the holistic development of young learners aged 36 years focusing on emotional cognitive social and physical growth. The Mother Teacher plays a vital role in creating a warm safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity creativity and foundational learning. With a strong emphasis on child-centered pedagogy the ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy patience and a deep commitment to early education principles. This position is instrumental in shaping the early educational journey of children and building strong trusting relationships with both students and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate play-based curricula aligned with early childhood development standards.
- Create a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration independence and positive social interactions.
- Monitor and document each childs developmental progress through observational assessments and regular reporting.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights address concerns and support home-school collaboration.
- Organize and lead daily routines including circle time storytelling art music sensory activities and outdoor play.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness hygiene and safety standards in accordance with institutional policies.
- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the schools vision values and educational philosophy.

- Salary range:per month based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting (23 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of developmental milestones and child psychology for ages 36.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics with patience empathy and consistency.
- Proficiency in basic teaching aids storytelling and creative activity planning.
- Valid teaching certification or diploma in early childhood education (mandatory).
- Flexibility to work during standard school hours including weekends or special events as required.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
