Job Summary
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Operations Management
Manage daily plant and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure production targets are met with quality standards
Coordinate between procurement production and dispatch teams
2. Supply Chain & Logistics
Plan and monitor dispatch schedules for dealers and distributors
Optimize logistics cost and delivery timelines
Ensure proper tracking of shipments and delivery performance
3. Inventory Management
Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
Reduce stock discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
Implement ABC classification and stock audits
4. Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
Implement SOPs and standard workflows across departments
Drive automation using tools like Zoho Inventory / ERP systems
5. Team Management
Lead and supervise operations warehouse and logistics teams
Set KPIs and track team performance
Ensure discipline productivity and accountability
6. Vendor & Coordination Manage relationships with transporters and vendors
Negotiate rates and improve service quality
Coordinate with service team for returns repairs and replacements
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
Track key metrics like dispatch TAT inventory turnover and order fulfilment rate
Provide insights for management decision-making
Requirements
Key Skills Required (What we need)
Strong knowledge of operations logistics and inventory management
Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team handling capability
Strong communication and coordination skills
