Job Summary




We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our industrial sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial sales across a thorough understanding of industrial clusters and manufacturing pockets in the region and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This is a field-intensive role that demands technical aptitude combined with sharp commercial acumen.


  • Identify target and develop new business opportunities across industrial segments in Tamil Nadu.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to prospects and customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions (adhesives sealants and industrial specialty products).

  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by management.

  • Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer visits and pipeline status in CRM tools.

  • Experience in selling adhesives sealants or specialty chemical products to industrial clients.

  • Existing relationships with procurement/maintenance teams in manufacturing plants across Tamil Nadu.


The candidate must possess strong familiarity with major industrial pockets and manufacturing clusters across in Chennai










Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B sales.

  • Prior exposure to manufacturing engineering or specialty chemicals industries preferred.
