Job Summary
Primary Responsibility : Creative Content & Brand Communication
Create engaging video content for social media (Reels YouTube Ads)
Design high-quality social media creatives (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)
Develop ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns
Work on video editing motion graphics and storytelling
Create product videos explainer videos and testimonial videos
Design banners posters brochures and marketing collaterals
Create creatives for exhibitions stall branding and events
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
Collaborate with marketing content and performance teams
Deliver creatives within defined timelines
Requirements
Key Skills Required (What we need)
Strong knowledge of graphic design tools:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Canva
Figma
Strong knowledge of video editing & motion tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of branding storytelling and visual communication
Ability to create high-converting ad creatives (static video)
Strong sense of typography color theory and layout
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Good communication and time management skills
Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Stream)
Certification in Graphic Design / Video Editing (preferred)
4 years of experience in creative design (video graphic)
Experience working in companies like Loom Solar Pvt Ltd or similar D2C / E-commerce /
Digital Marketing companies will be an advantage
