Core Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Prepare detailed layouts calculations and cost estimates for mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
Coordination & Site Management: Review contractor work manage installation and ensure site works adhere to project schedules and designs.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems comply with safety regulations building codes and sustainability standards.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve engineering problems and coordinate solutions between contractors and architects.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports shop drawings material approvals (MARs) and inspection request forms.

Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HVAC plumbing systems and electrical systems (voltage systems wiring).
Software Skills: Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
Project Management: Ability to manage subcontractors and project timelines.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with stakeholders contractors and clients.
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
