Administrative Support: Sorting mail managing calendars scheduling meetings data entry and filing.
Reception Area Care: Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Security: Monitoring visitor logs issuing badges and maintaining security protocols.
Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering front office supplies and tracking inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
