Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
Sales Presentations: Demonstrating products or services to potential clients and tailoring solutions to their needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections negotiating contracts/pricing and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
Relationship Management: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction building long-term relationships and generating referrals.
Reporting & CRM: Maintaining accurate records updating client information in CRM systems and providing sales forecasts.
Market Awareness: Monitoring industry trends competitor activity and identifying new product opportunities.
