Core Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed construction schedules forecasting timelines and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing on-site construction activities supervising workers and ensuring daily operations align with project plans.
Technical Compliance & Quality Control: Ensuring all work complies with blueprints technical specifications legal requirements and building codes.
Budget & Cost Control: Developing project budgets tracking expenses and controlling costs to avoid overruns.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a liaison between clients engineers architects and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports maintaining project documentation and conducting site inspections.
Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential site hazards or design issues and implementing corrective actions.

Typical Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of CAD and project management software.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
