Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities via cold calling networking and social media.
Sales Process Management: Handling the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients including providing after-sales support.
Presentations & Demos: Demonstrating product value and benefits to prospective customers.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts terms and pricing to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
Reporting & Strategy: Providing sales data market feedback and reports to management to inform sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (e.g. B2B sales).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to negotiate and manage relationships.
A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is often preferred.
