Franchise Manager / Channel partner
- Identifying and prospecting potential franchisees through market research networking and other lead generation activities.
- Presenting the franchise opportunity to prospective partners highlighting the benefits and potential for success.
- Negotiating franchise agreements and closing deals with qualified candidates.
Acquisition of New Business Partner of Share Khan Limited
Handholding & Training of new Business Partner
Signage Mandatory poster logger etc installation at BP outlet
Primary Responsibility:
New Franchisee acquisition
Presence of Share khan in all major districts of Bihar
Share khan Software training
Preparation of Prospect List with the help of BP
Training BP & their employee for client acquisition/app demo etc
Signage Mandatory poster logger etc installation at BP outlet
LMS calling & Sending MIS on daily basis
Monthly Report
Additional Responsibility
Inauguration of BP with his clients
Monthly Report & Daily MIS
Partners & their staff training on Investments Trading Trade Tiger. etc
Liaoning with other departments to quickly resolve HNI client/BP queries.
Requirements
PERSONAL skills:
Knowledge of the Broking Industry.
Sales and Business Development
Negotiation and Closing Skills
Equity / MF Knowledge.
