Summary
We are hiring Automobile Sales Executives for an Indian multinational ride-sharing company. The role involves managing leads demonstrating scooters conducting test rides and converting prospects into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Generate prospects through showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
- Enter customer inquiry details accurately in the system
- Demonstrate scooter features and benefits to customers
- Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales
- Address customer queries related to specifications delivery timelines pricing and finance options
KPIs
- Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR
- Sales conversion from completed test rides
- Process adherence and following SOPs
- Customer experience and avoiding negative feedback
- Customer Experience (CX) rating
Requirements
- Minimum 6month to 1 year of experience in automobile sales/service sector
- Experience in 2W/4W dealership retail insurance finance or banking preferred
- Must know driving and have a valid Driving License
- Good communication skills
- Only male candidates
