Job Summary

Were Hiring Institutional Partnership Executive

Location: Kolkata Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Tie-up (Primary Focus)

Proactively engage with universities and training centers through cold calling and follow-ups.
Negotiate agreements and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Local Agency Tie-up (Shared Responsibility)

Coordinate with select local agencies to source CVs.
Maintain relationships and ensure CV delivery meets hiring targets.

Requirements

Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills
Experience in relationship management sales or recruitment
Strong negotiation skills and persistence to drive successful tie-ups
