Job Title: Apprenticeship Operations Executive (NAPS)

Job Summary
We are hiring an Apprenticeship Operations Executive (NAPS) with hands-on experience in HR Operations Documentation and HR Administration preferably from steel manufacturing construction or infrastructure or similar industries. The role requires managing end-to-end onboarding apprentice operations under NAPS and handling HR processes for blue-collar/workforce environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee documentation MIS management (Excel) and coordination with site-level workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for workforce employees
- Handle apprentice onboarding through the NAPS portal
- Verify KYC documents (Aadhaar bank details educational certificates)
- Generate and activate apprenticeship contracts within timelines
- Maintain HR MIS trackers and reports using MS Excel
- Track onboarding status attendance and employee records
- Manage HR documentation and compliance for workforce employees
- Act as a POC for candidates/workers and resolve onboarding queries
- Coordinate with site teams and workforce (blue-collar employees)
- Ensure smooth HR operations and administrative activities at site level
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / HR Coordination / Recruitment
- Experience in steel manufacturing construction or infrastructure industry (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in managing blue-collar / labour / workforce employees
- Strong understanding of onboarding documentation and HR processes
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (MIS reporting data tracking)
- Experience in HR documentation compliance and workforce handling
- Language: Hindi (mandatory) Regional language Basic English
- Strong coordination and communication skills in site-based environments
