Mon-Fri 9am-6pm FIXED 20 days holiday MAX Full clean licence MUST
Need a proper Head Mechanic to run our electric mopeds workshop. Not a clock-watcher a manager who takes the job home: checks schedules mornings/evenings plans ahead first in/last out. Labourers work 9-6; you make it happen anytime business needs it. Mostly office/garage-based manage/execute repairs there only customer sites sometimes when essential.
Your Jobs:
Fix electric mopeds/bikes: diagnostics batteries motors GPS fits.
Own the diary: Review jobs prioritize keep us on track.
Lead juniors: Assign work train quality check everything.
Manage parts/logs/safety/inventory.
Must Haves:
5 years scooter/motorcycle or car/van/EV repairs.
Proactive beast: Lives the role no hand-holding.
Talks straight to staff/customers.
London-based UK right to work.
EV experience Bonus. NVQ Good. Past workshop lead Perfect.
