Account Manager, Boutique Hotelier USA
Job Summary
You will work with a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to drive the Boutique Hotelier brand across digital platforms social media events and print. The role requires a strong desire to build lasting client relationships while supporting commercial growth with openness to international travel particularly across the United States and the UK.
Boutique Hotelier currently has two editions one focused on the UK and the United States serving as a constant companion for the industry through its marketing-leading website digital news alerts a monthly print magazine and a strong calendar of events.
Requirements
The Role:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners across print digital social media events and print.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and maximize revenue through tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Develop and present commercial proposals and campaign ideas that align with client objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and partnerships across all platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving business needs and ensure a high level of service.
- Track account performance and maintain detailed reports on revenue campaigns and client activity.
- Represent Boutique Hotelier at industry events and networking functions to strengthen relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.

The Candidate:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is able to build trusted long-term relationships with clients while understanding their business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will be organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced media environment working equally well independently and as part of a collaborative commercial team.
- Strong communication skills relationship-building ability and commercial awareness are essential to success in this role. Previous experience in account management media sales advertising or partnerships would be highly advantageous while a genuine interest in the hotel travel or hospitality sector and exposure to events.
