Job Summary
Parts Advisor Full Time & Permanent
Location: Corby (NN18)
Salary: 32000 (No Bonus)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Schedule:
- MondayFriday: 8:00am 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am 12:00pm
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team at their Corby dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised customer-focused and confident working within a dealership parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer parts enquiries both facetoface and over the phone
- Identifying sourcing and supplying the correct parts
- Processing orders returns and stock requests
- Liaising with workshop technicians to support repair and service work
- Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control processes
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and following dealership procedures
What Our Client Is Looking For
- At least 2 years experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced department
- Good IT skills and familiarity with parts systems
- Professional customerfocused approach
