Digital Content Executive (SEO & AI)
Job Summary
We are looking for a SEO & AI Content Executive to support the delivery of our organic growth strategy across three leading travel brands:
Out Of Office luxury tailor-made LGBTQ travel
Do Not Disturb next-generation travel and lifestyle brand
Travel Gay the worlds largest LGBTQ travel guide
This is a hands-on fast-paced role focused on content production SEO execution website management and performance reporting.
Crucially this is an AI-enabled content role. You will work with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content production scale output and improve efficiency while maintaining high editorial standards and brand consistency.
You will work closely with the Senior Content Executive and wider team to ensure all platforms are accurate optimised and aligned with commercial priorities.

Website content and updates
AI-assisted content production
Itinerary uploads and optimisation
Reporting and performance tracking
Supporting roadmap and onsite improvements
Maintaining high standards across all brands
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Content & Website Management
Support the day-to-day management of Out Of Office Do Not Disturb and Travel Gay websites
Upload and optimise itineraries hotel pages destination content and editorial
Ensure all content is accurate up to date and aligned with SEO best practice
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) to accelerate content creation across all brands
Organic Growth & SEO
Execute SEO best practices across all content
Support keyword optimisation internal linking and content structuring
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve rankings and traffic
Content Production
Produce high-quality SEO-driven content across all brands
Support blog landing page and editorial content creation
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Roadmap & Coordination
Support delivery of the content roadmap across all brands
Auditing & Optimisation
Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps errors and opportunities
Requirements
13 years experience in content SEO or digital marketing
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
Excellent written English (grammar tone attention to detail)
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-brand environment
Strong analytical mindset with basic experience in Google Analytics
Proactive self-starter attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) for content production
Experience with tools such as Ahrefs / SEMrush
CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
Basic image editing skills
Interest in travel media or LGBTQ markets

Required Skills:
What Were Looking For 2 to 4 years experience working on content and social media for brands agencies or organisations Demonstrable experience managing brand social accounts not personal or influencer profiles Strong copywriting and editorial skills with evidence of brand consistency Clear understanding of Instagram and TikTok from a brand marketing perspective Experience supporting paid social and digital campaigns Solid understanding of SEO and writing for performance Comfortable using tools such as Canva CapCut Adobe Creative Suite or similar Able to manage deadlines stakeholders and feedback in a professional environment Interest in travel luxury experiences and LGBTQ culture Based in or able to commute to Brighton with flexibility for WFH This role requires professional experience managing and creating content for established brands or organisations; personal influencer or self-run accounts alone will not be considered.
