Aurora Legal Talent is working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Basingstoke seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (12 years PQE) to take the next step in their career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative team advising a strong portfolio of national and international clients particularly within the hospitality leisure and retail sectors.
The Role
- You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Title investigation and due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating leases and licences
- Option agreements and overage arrangements
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions
- Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Requirements
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with circa 12 years PQE (flexibility for the right candidate)
- Strong grounding in commercial real estate / commercial property law
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
