We are currently hiring a Social Care Manager-Day Service for a community-based organisation in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality residential care ensuring the needs of individuals are met with dignity and respect.
- Promote a person-centred approach supporting individuals in both residential and community settings.
- Uphold core values by providing respectful progressive professional and positive services.
- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality care.
- Ensure the service operates in compliance with organisational policies standards and the HSE New Directions Policy.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Social Care Education and Training Intellectual Disability Nursing Allied Health Professions or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Full clean manual driving licence required.
- CORU registration is essential.
