Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and overseas candidates across hospitals nursing homes home care and community care settings.

We are currently working with a client who has been awarded a new HSE project and is seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Dublin Ireland

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to adults and older adults including physical sensory and cognitive assessments and interventions

Conduct and implement appropriate assessments including seating hoists & slings and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support individuals in achieving independence following physical social emotional and mental health challenges

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Nurses Social Workers Speech & Language Therapists and Physiotherapists

Liaise effectively with patients families and relevant external agencies

Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) including participation in training and staff development days

Participate in regular service review meetings with clients to support continuous improvement

Requirements

CORU Registration

A broad range of under-graduate clinical experience with Elderly care being desirable but not essential

Strong written and verbal skills
