Requirements

  • Increase national OEM trade parts market share within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sector.
  • Execute brand strategy across parts portfolio distribution sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with global OEM teams to develop best-in-class programmes.
  • Develop and present clear business plans to clients.
  • Identify and develop new OEM parts sales channels.
  • Review sales data and hold regular dealer meetings.
  • Identify OEM sales opportunities across collision mechanical service and wear sectors.
  • Define and manage KPIs to drive sales performance.
  • Convert sales opportunities through effective delegation and action plans.

  • Experience


    • A dynamic person from a manufacturer Parts Manager or Aftermarket distributor background
    • Experience working within a Trade Parts role
    • Demonstratable success of managing field sales area & client stakeholder relationships
    • Proven track record in sales and target achievement
    • Experience having worked with a high-performance collaborative constructive peer group is a plus.


    Knowledge


    • A full understanding of vehicle manufacturer trade sales operations at NSC level
    • Sound knowledge of OES / OEM landscape.

    • Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
    • Highly organised and efficient work methodology able to work under pressure in competitive environment.
    • Excellent presentation skills able to communicate content and ideas simply and succinctly.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Strong business acumen and customer focus
