Requirements
Increase national OEM trade parts market share within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sector.
Execute brand strategy across parts portfolio distribution sales and marketing.
Collaborate with global OEM teams to develop best-in-class programmes.
Develop and present clear business plans to clients.
Identify and develop new OEM parts sales channels.
Review sales data and hold regular dealer meetings.
Identify OEM sales opportunities across collision mechanical service and wear sectors.
Define and manage KPIs to drive sales performance.
Convert sales opportunities through effective delegation and action plans.
Experience
- A dynamic person from a manufacturer Parts Manager or Aftermarket distributor background
- Experience working within a Trade Parts role
- Demonstratable success of managing field sales area & client stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement
- Experience having worked with a high-performance collaborative constructive peer group is a plus.
Knowledge
- A full understanding of vehicle manufacturer trade sales operations at NSC level
- Sound knowledge of OES / OEM landscape.
Skills
- Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised and efficient work methodology able to work under pressure in competitive environment.
- Excellent presentation skills able to communicate content and ideas simply and succinctly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
