Dual Site Pharmacy Store Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: Up to 45000 DOE
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends)
About the Company
Our client is an award-winning independent community pharmacy group with two busy locations in D24.. Known for their exceptional customer service professionalism and strong community focus they are now seeking an experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to support the Pharmacy Owner in the successful running of both stores.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the day-to-day operations across both pharmacies. You will oversee sales performance buying stock control team leadership and customer experience while working closely with pharmacists to ensure the business continues to deliver a high standard of service to the local community.

Support the Pharmacy Owner with the daily running of both pharmacies
Drive sales performance commerciality and retail growth
Manage buying stock control and supplier relationships
Lead motivate and develop the store teams
Ensure excellent customer service and store standards at all times
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
Oversee store operations including rotas stock and merchandising
Handle day-to-day team management and support staff development
Maintain strong operational standards and compliance with pharmacy guidelines
Requirements
35 years management experience in pharmacy retail health retail or a similar environment
Strong buying stock management and commercial awareness
A confident hands-on people manager who leads by example
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for customer service and community-focused retail
Comfortable using IT systems including tills Microsoft Office and email
