Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an F&B Operations Manager on behalf of our client a luxury resort in County Wicklow.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership capability commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service excellence operational efficiency and revenue growth across multiple outlets including restaurants bars banqueting and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the resort
- Lead motivate and develop departmental managers and front-line teams
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
- Drive revenue growth through effective cost control upselling and operational efficiency
- Manage labour costs staffing levels and departmental budgets
- Maintain compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team
- Support the delivery of weddings conferences and large-scale events
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 35 years experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
- Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment preferred
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and peak hospitality periods
- Relevant hospitality qualification is desirable
