Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen within a wellestablished consumerfocused PLC for a Commercial Finance Manager to join its commercial finance team.
This role sits at the heart of commercial decisionmaking working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance shape strategy and deliver value across the business. It offers strong exposure to salesled environments commercial analysis and influencing outcomes in a fastmoving market.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial teams providing insight and challenge to support strategic and daytoday decisionmaking.
- Own performance reporting and forecasting for key commercial areas translating results into clear actions risks and opportunities.
- Lead analysis around revenue margin and profitability to support growth initiatives and optimise commercial outcomes.
- Deliver highimpact commercial reviews ensuring senior stakeholders have timely relevant insight to guide decisions.
- Contribute to budgeting reforecasting and longrange planning ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent) with 23 years PQE.
- Demonstrated finance business partnering experience within a commercial or salesdriven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence nonfinance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets and performance metrics.
- Proactive confident communicator who enjoys operating close to the business.
