Job Overview
The IT Business Analyst will provide ICT business process support across designated directorates and units. The role involves assessing existing procedures optimising IT tools and driving efficiency improvements aligned with ICT strategic plans.
The successful candidate will contribute to infrastructure planning workflow optimization and the development of communication and collaboration frameworks that support the organisations strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ICT project development and operational activities
- Deliver onsite training and support user acceptance processes
- Oversee document management and collaboration platforms
- Plan design and implement business workflows
- Evaluate emerging technologies for organisational suitability
- Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure optimal service delivery
- Monitor review and update IT procedures to ensure compliance

Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems IT or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience within a Public Service environment
- Strong understanding of the full BA lifecycle (requirements gathering to UAT)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation organisation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with developers and QA teams
- Demonstrated risk management and issue resolution capabilities
- Commitment to security-first principles
