This a grant funded contractual position.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Serves food tea and coffee to office-based Research Staff;
• Attending visitors promptly providing water tea beverages and other needs;
• Maintains cleanliness of office equipment and furniture;
• Clean the pantry on a daily basis;
• daily cleaning of the office including all office furniture and equipment before the arrival of the staff;
• deliver/distribute mail/messages within the office and outside the office;
• ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off and the office is locked properly at closing time;
• inform the Medical in-charge in case of any malfunctioning device;
• for wiping and cleaning kitchen accessories and area;
• logistic support that may be required;
• any other duties assigned by the supervisor and Project Manager.

Requirements:

You should have:

• 1-2 years of experience would be preferred;
• Good general education;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Courteous and polite nature;
• Honesty reliability and trustworthiness.
