Job Summary

A well-established regulated Forex company is expanding its team for a stable and growing UK project. The company offers a structured compliant environment with strong career growth opportunities and a supportive international team.

We are seeking experienced Retention Agents to manage and grow client relationships maximize client lifetime value and drive revenue through retention strategies. This is a target-driven role suited for candidates with strong sales and account management skills within the Forex industry.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex industry
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
Experience working with high-value clients
Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 advantage)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Target-driven and motivated by commissions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
