Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for supply transforming sales forecasts in build plan and procurement plan with load graphs for all manufacturing facilities procurement and quality teams

• Conceive maintain and distribute tools metrics and dashboards as well as managing the communication of the supply analytics groups

• Translate S&OP in inventory value and requirements for people and equipment

• Prioritize work for Supply Chain Operations with data and statistics and work with sales and product management teams to review new launched parts and forecast accuracy

• Analyze data from STEMCELLs ERP and planning systems to highlight exceptions and identify opportunities for optimization

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Data analyst or data science degree or a degree in Supply Chain Management with data analyst certifications

• Strong leadership skills required with a highly collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to be proactive and take initiative

• Working knowledge of SAP IBP SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) and MRP systems

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required along with a working knowledge of business intelligence systems like Tableau

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
