Key Responsibilities
Own proposal process for RFP responses driving strategy messaging and execution to maximize win rates
Analyze RFP requirements uncover underlying client objectives and shape tailored solution narratives that align to business outcomes
Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with Sales and key stakeholders to define win themes and competitive positioning
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear persuasive and benefit-driven messaging that resonates with decision-makers
Manage multiple high-impact proposals simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment without compromising quality
Partner closely with Sales to ensure proposals are aligned with broader deal strategy and client engagement plans
Deliver polished high-quality submissions that reinforce credibility differentiation and value
This is a remote position.
Required Skills:
- 1 year of experience in proposal writing or a related field - Exceptional attention to detail - Solid business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate value - French proficiency an asset - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Required Education:
